The breakfast buffet is incredible and highly worth it. Rooms are comfortable and well kept. The vibe in this hotel overall is fantastic and chill. The restaurant is beautiful. The gym is functional but could be upgraded, that’s the only thing!

This classic hotel **** with a modern twist is a 5 star for me. Staff is so friendly and was upgraded to an executive room. Food and wine list is impressive and fully complete. The Asian kitchen is so tasty and positive different that I highly recommend this place. I’m a fan. The outstanding one of a kind “hall” is multi functional for a restaurant and club as well. Keep up the great work people.

Well I didn’t stay in the restaurant, however just visited the restaurant. The atmosphere evoked full of exuberance and the restaurant was majestically decorated. Food wise there were a plethora of options and almost all of those dishes were beautifully presented and appealed the taste buds equally. Another option was family style where one would let the kitchen decide the menu and you would be tantamountly amazed. Cocktail wise one should try the mango fusion although a few others were equally good.

Worst concert venue. When you're in a hurry to get a better spot in a standing place, the security forces you to go to the cloakroom and leave your jacket. And must pay 50 SEK for that! Even when you don't want to do it, there are no options! So maybe you will make a cloakroom for free if you want everyone to leave their clothes there?

Good but for the money was expecting a little more. The building is gorgeous, the dining hall is amazing (really lovely). The buffet breakfast had a good enough range of options and after 3 days we were still enjoying it. The location is central so a convenient place to explore Stockholm on foot. Service was also good across front desk, in-room and dining hall. No complaints at all with service. The main negative was the room itself which was generally a bit “tired”. As a family of 4 we had no option but to rent two rooms. Both rooms had things in them that were broken. The couch in one room was heavily stained and really a bit nasty. There was little in-room information and only available on TV. Tried to order room service via QR code (mobile app) but that returned an error message. After several calls to front desk they took order over phone. Not a big deal in real terms but again, just expected things to work a bit better. If they fix a few things the overall experience will be better. Especially fix up broken bits in the rooms.
