The staff was very helpful and delightful to interact with. The room was well-designed, clean, and comfortable. I loved the pillow and comforter menu. The breakfast was scrumptious and the restaurant staff was very helpful. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The restaurant manager even helped me find a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Swedish Meatballs. I really enjoyed my stay.

We recently have the pleasure of staying at remarkable Hotel Rival in Stockholm with a very positive experience. The level of service and helpfulness displayed by the warm and professional hotel staff was truly exceptional. The Hotel has a cozy and inviting ambiance with welcoming atmosphere and the interior design was luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The rooms were extremely chic and clean with thoughtful touches and highest quality. The breakfast was fantastic. Our stay at Rival Hotel was extraordinary and exceeding the expectations. We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was excellent, and the breakfasts were the best, as well as the surrounding neighborhood. But what really excelled was the staff. We were helped with reservations before we got there, and staff was excellent throughout the stay. Help with directions, cabs, area restaurants, and things to do, they were always there. Richard and the concierge Malin were very friendly and helpful. We took their advice for sites to visit. The room and balcony were excellent and with the small park below us. Location was great with the Coop grocery store just across the street and Gamla Stan (the old city) nearby. Many of the museums were within walking distance. My wife and I would stay here again if and when we return. BTW: My wife believes the ABBA museum is a must!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rival! The room was clean and super comfortable. Every contact I had with staff (receptionist especially) were great, as they were genuinely nice and helpful. Like giving information on the city, local rules, booking a cab and preparing a take away breakfast for my early flight. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and definitely one of the best I had. Thanks for having me and taking care of me!
