Perfect place for cultural activities, right next to the river and in central downtown. Great initiative by Umeå Kommum !

It's an okay library, good locales to sit down and study or read at. Doesn't offer that much in terms of exciting things to see though, except for the building itself which is very cool and modern. Could be worth a visit if you are in the vicinity or looking for standard library stuff. Decent but expensive (as they tend to be) cafeteria downstairs, tricky to navigate but serves its purpose just fine.

Been to the library here. Good location, nice locales, but a little hard to find the literature you're interested in without consulting a map.
