Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. My train to the venue was delayed by half an hour causing me to miss the beginning of the concert, and one of the staff wouldn't even let me get to my seat! Why pay good money to be treated like dirt? Easily the worst venue I've ever visited...I would never return here.

Biel hosts each summer a world class chess tournament, worth the visit. Walking through Biel direction the lake for a swim, you might also encounter black swans. Lots of good restaurants and easy-going places to spend the evening.

The Christian encounter was so enriching!

This review is for the swimming pool only... There is a slide a lane pool and a small pool for little kids... You can spend about 2-3 hours here depending on how creative you can get but all in all it's a great swimming pool if you only want to go swimming...
