BFM (Bâtiment des Forces Motrices) Concerts 2025

Stumbled upon this waterfront location on an 'open day' and tagged along a group that was shown the backstage area of the theatre. We were then treated to a short performance of 2nd/3rd year students from the dance academy - they were FANTASTIC! Truly impressed! Beautifully choreographed to haunting music. The cafe looked nice as well, but was unfortunately closed after the (last) performance.

Omg it’s impossible to arrange events and sell it to people with such low unprofessional sound system. That must be improved! It’s very frustrating to attend the spectacle with echo and mic noise on every word. Shameful. May be it’s less visible on concerts, but for theatre performance it’s unacceptable and shall be improved drastically. Additional on another event today: how you can make a pop-concert and close the bar at 20h!!??? Without even Possibility to buy water !?? Ashame, another 1 star. Very poor organisation of event.

A must landmark to visit. Enjoy the walk arround and chill-out in one of bistros around.

What a magnificent concert venue! The acoustics are great, and the river keeps it cool, so it's less stuffy than the opera house.
