Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional - from the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and helpful in every possible respect. We were warmly greeted before we even arrived inside the hotel; the level of service was very high and also consistent throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very well appointed. Breakfast and the Japanese restaurant were equally delightful. Would highly recommend.

I have traveled all my life for business and leisure- this is the most outstanding hotel i’ve ever been at. Service is impeccable- in a time that many Hoteliers cannot even „ spell“ the word „Service“. example; I have ordered room service - they have told me that my order would be in the room at „9.06“ - they were in front of my door at 9.06 - impeccable throughout. Congratulations to the amazing team and the management. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

(Hotel Restaurant) Very nice tables & decorations , elegant staff, wealthy people all around, the only missing things are kindness and generosity. I went there with my daughter to the four seasons restaurant , she ordered a meal and a cola, I have ordered only a coffee latte, I didn’t know that this will upset the supervisor of the restaurant, I didn’t know i must eat even though I am not hungry. What about if someone goes alone can’t he eat unless he found someone one to order another dish.. just to keep the four seasons restaurant supervisor happy or safe four seasons financial budget from collapse. At this moment, I thought how the ordinary restaurants are, how comfortable it is by welcoming guests without falsehood, artificiality, or greed. dear four seasons administrators/supervisors- who’s following google reviews & ratings - don’t write your email in public and pretend that you care about customers reviews , I have already sent to you more than one email -no reply - before I wrote this review.

I would like to emphasise that the staff was perfect in every aspect, providing excellent service. However, the facilities were a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, which did not meet the standards of a first-class hotel. It was too small and lacked a shower (only had a small old bath), which is not acceptable when paying such a high price for a room.

Fantastic hotel. Superb staff and service. Very good stay. Lobby bar food was a bit over priced and pretty average food, but the Japanese restaurant was very good on the top floor. Concierge and reception went above and beyond. They were exceptional. 5 star stay. Thankyou four seasons.
