The worst bar service I've ever seen at a venue. Completely unprepared for the type of metal fans who will all be ordering multiple beers. Les docks down the road has more bars for a 1/5th of the size of venue. Disgraceful. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to buy a beer.... ever

Entrance was quick, althought the queue is outside. It got me concerned for a while. There was more space for legs than in Broadway theaters, which is very good. Chairs had only one handle, which is an interesting feature for wider people. Flon parking nearby is just in the opposite building. I wonder if you can bring your measured glass to avoid queuing to recover the deposit.

We went to a great LP concert here, but the seats were terrible, and the acoustics not so great. To make things worse they had no ventilation, it was really unpleasant to breathe after one hour. One would expect more quality, when one attends a concert in Switzerland.

Average concert hall with good accoustics for classical music and home to the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra and the Béjart Ballet Company. Built in 1931, renovated in 2015 and with a capacity of up to 1200 seats, it is the biggest venue of the Olympic Capital. Bare walls are certainly beneficial for listening but unwelcoming for the sight. At the end of the events, usherettes filter the access to the backstage which is restricted unlike in the past, before the renovation. No way to get an autograph unless you are willing to wait in the cold (or heat) by the artists entrance. Not cool!

The acoustic for Fireboy was horrible and we were on the front line. Reading the comments other people complained about the acoustic for other concerts. It's maybe time to do something about it. Also the lights were terrible. Looked like an amator concert.
