Parkplatz Landenberg Concerts

This is the right FlixBus stop, this is where we board the FlixBus at 2 am. The bad thing is there is no FlixBus sign and there is no Bus Shelter, so if your FlixBus departure time is at 1-3 am, be prepared for the cold night, because there's is no any kind of shelter. The only good thing is there's a bench and a dirty toilet.

This is supposedly the Flixbus stop for departures from Luzern. The app is confusing because Allmend/Messe is stated as the stop, but the coordinates given were for this place. To add on to the confusion, I was dropped off in Luzern at Allmend/Messe. Any reasonable person would assume that the departures and arrivals location would be the same... I waited 30min for the bus (it was delayed but did not indicate so on the app), anxious that the correct stop was Allmend/Messe instead, along with 2 other groups of people, in the cold at 1-2am. Flixbus chat with an agent was useless as they don't know what is the correct stop either. Thankfully the Flixbus came, but it was a horrible experience nonetheless. Our saving grace was that there were a few benches to wait at at this parking lot. To anyone catching a Flixbus from Luzern, this is *probably* the departures stop.

Strange sink in here that looks like a urinal. Lucerne can do better.

the card machine doesn't work, only coins, then the employee who works there should exchange them instead of me looking for where to exchange small coins due to your failure of the payment machine

This is where we got on FlixBus. The addresses on the ticket are wrong.
