Mascotte Concerts 2025

Celebrated my birthday last weekend and we were really treated right! Great service and hospitality upon our arrival and in our lounge! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were treated like VIPs and even had some extra perks. We did miss a bottle of water that I had added to our drink order, but didn't notice until about 3 a.m., so we let it go (got a glass of water from our neighbor lounge). Thank you, mascotte, for making our party memorable!

I always love parties in this place. It gets crowded, but it's always a blast!

This was very disappointing. We came for a concert. The security at the door were very rude, unhelpful and pushy. They grabbed items out of our hands and rushed us despite the concert being delayed and very few people behind us. It did not help the overall experience that the band was late and the lack of any communication from sides of the venue other than that of the replacement act they sent on to the stage. I would not have minded the lateness much if the security would have treated us less like cattle and more like people.

Drinks are super expensive (normal for Zurich) CHF 20.- for a Vodka Redbull. 2cl vodka and a 250ml redbull Crowd is mixed 18-50yo The club is pretty chill and the people are more than okay for a club in Zurich :) So in General okay but there’s always room for improvement!!

dislike!!!! security is really rude and they are not listening you. today is the concert of Kizaru and the organization and service are terrible!!!but the Kinsey is the best!!!
