Personally, it is one of the most important and controversial buildings in Istanbul. Before the building was renovated, it had been a matter of debate for a long time how it should be renovated. Finally, it was decided that the architectural firm that designed the original building would design the building, and a larger facility was built while preserving the facade of the old building. It contains an opera hall, theater hall, library and multi-purpose halls. I had the opportunity to experience almost all the halls, and my favorite was of course the opera hall. The cultural center also has several cafes and its own underground car park.

I loved the building and the materials they used. Nice new building. The theater is spacey and had good lights. When you go to a dance show don’t sit too close. Bought my tickets in advance but was not necessarily. Tomorrow I’m going to check the Turk Telekom area.

I am a foreign tourist and i paid 2600 lira to watch this show. Reading about the show excited me to go but i found the show too slow and boring. There was a small part of belly dancing but other than that for an indian who is used to much more sound and music this show just didnt match my expectations. I was expecting some kind of story and it was just dragging at times to see people dancing to music which had no voice. Also i found out that this show is free for those who buy the istanbul pass. So maybe it may be worthwhile but if i compare with shows in Paris and Vegas.. this was not a world class show. Building was very nice and impressive but the staff could hardly speak english and didnt look too friendly to communicate with foreigners.

I was here for a performance by the "fire of anatolia" dance troupe. an exceptional show, a building with an interesting architecture, in the basement they have a buffet where you can get something to drink, they don't have many products

I didn't have the chance to go inside, but what a beautiful architectural complex. The balance between shadows and blind surfaces is perfect, the gallery with the ceiling calling back the famous one of the pantheon in Rome make is part. Surely a ticket to some concert is worth it to see the interior of the hall as well.
