Istanbul Congress Center Concerts 2024

Slightly dated venue and unfortunately, the audio visual firm servicing the international Congress were subpar (though understandably the firm may not be directly part of the Congress center). The entrance can be very slippery in wet weather - so patrons should thread carefully. The conference rooms were average and some furnishings were stained. Toilets were clean and well maintained with 'no touch' fittings - kudos for this! A downside is the stray cats that made it into the Congress venue...and some left fur covered chairs - a potential allergen and definitely a concern when it comes to hygiene!

Istanbul Congress Center is a convention center located at Harbiye neighborhood of Şişli district in Istanbul, Turkey. Opened on October 17, 2009, it is owned by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Situated adjacent to Harbiye Muhsin Ertuğrul Stage, it is a multi-level complex, which was built to host the 2009 IMF and World Bank Group Annual Meeting. The building has a foyer at ground level, several meeting halls in different sizes in five underground levels and a car park in the lowest two levels.

Very nice and comfortable conference centre for all scientific, educational, and social events. It contains all service facilities that make the educational process go easily and effectively. There are some issues related to food and coffee breaks that need more arrangement, even the quality is very high, but there are problems in timing and places. Other gaps are related to the conferences team for providing translation systems and some errors in registration.

Nice place with plenty of choices to hold your meetings, just make sure to choose wisely because not all options will meet your expectations
