This is a very special place over one hundred years old,, i used to go there in the late 1960's after football matches at pittodrie whist visiting from glasgow. It has retained its lovely art deco style and is perfectly positioned on Aberdeen's beach promenade. There are photos inside of the Beatles when they played there in 1963 in their early days. There's now 3 venues inside the complex and conferences, special events are now catered for as well as music. A great , nostalgic throwback to the great sixties and Seventies.

Went to see the Scottish Fiddle orchestra. They were very good, as were the Granite City pipe band. A refreshment in the bar at the interval lubricated all moving parts.

The disco music was better this year for our work Christmas party. Food portions were poor. 2 roast spuds, 2 slices of carrot, 2 sprouts. By the end of serving, there was a mountain of sprouts over. Wonder if they were binned? My boss was served a tiny portion of meat. He asked for another slice and was ignored by serving staff. The soup was delicious. Atmosphere was great. A good party

Had a fantastic and inspirational evening at The Brave Awards. Great location for the table at the end of the catwalk. Lovely meal 4 🌟 due to issues with drinks ordering system and no soft drinks when we arrived. Great evening overall
