So far the best place to party in Birmingham weekends. Music and people are great. That’s the only place You actually see people really having fun like pre-Covid times.

Time: 23:39-23:45 Date: 31/08/2020 I purchased a ticket whilst standing outside your bar for 4 people yesterday. I waited in the queue for 5 minutes until greeted by a tardily tall black gentlemen around 6 foot 3 with a lengthy beard who said we couldn’t enter under the basis of us not reading the T&Cs however we was within the 15 minute time frame given on your website and declined because of not reading. He said come back later and he will see what he can do which would breach your own company guidelines because our table/ booth reservation would be invalid. I’d like to make a formal complaint and escalate it further.

staff were amazing. i went with my mum, dad and cousin. staff checked up on us and made us feel safe. amazing experience, music was amazing aswell. people in the bar were also super friendly and supportive. would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a good place to drink. i
