King George's Hall Reviews

We had a great night last night in the Windsor suite with Big Country. A good small venue to be up close to the group even at the back of the room. The two bars were handy, the drinks are cheaper than Manchester venues. Even though a few of the draft pumps where off before the gig, why? Plus excellent indian restaurant next door open till 1am, after all that jumping about.

Great venue, beautiful, old theatre. Very helpful staff. Parking is very close. Didn't give a 5 as the decor and some of the seating were a little tired.

It's easy to get to, there is a multi story car park around the corner, less than 5 minutes walking. The downside is the building is cold and the chairs where so close together you were practically sitting on the next person's knee and I'm not large although I am pregnant so was a worry I kept getting nudged every time the person next to me moved as the seats were not comfortable
