Green Door Store Concerts 2024-2025

Nice little venue but the toilets are so grim it puts me off buying drinks because I don’t want to use them. I don’t have an issue with gender neutral toilets for those who choose to use them but I’d rather not and as a woman I felt very uncomfortable sharing toilets with men. They were so disgusting I had to shower and wash all my clothes as soon as I got home because I felt so dirty after using them. Won’t be coming back until this changes.

It's a proper grassroots venue, a very small space so you are really close to the stage and the sound is great. We had such a good time, everyone went wild! Really friendly atmosphere and a nice bar too, if I lived in Brighton I'd be there all the time for sure!

NOT recommended for smokers! The venue has a great history of live music, however after visiting I am quite alarmed and disappointed, and yes, I will NOT be going here again! As a smoker I was forced to leave my drink on an old shelf next to a desk where the staff sell tickets and the 3 bouncers are stood, doing not much at all. I left it with a card on top to avoid spiking however sadly when I returned it was gone. Of course these things happen, however when I explained the situation to the bouncer who kindly told the manager, I was told that this is my fault as a smoker and not their problem. When I began saying that this is a fairly poor attitude towards issues like spiking I was forcibly pushed away by a bouncer. Do not come here as a smoker! Your drinks get nicked or worse. SPIKED

Really cool venue. Fully accessible for wheelchair users like myself. The staff couldn't have been kinder. I visited for an event and it was amazing. Really quirky and fun. Not overly expensive in the grand scheme of things. Definitely worth checking out. A venue that you might overlook but definitely shouldn't.

Such a great atmosphere in this friendly bar with great music and a good choice of beer ....
