Burnley Mechanics Theatre Concerts 2024-2025

Watched the Blow Monkeys recently. Staff meeting us on arrival were friendly and courteous. Used the upstairs bar. Staff were quick and attentive. Seating was very good. Plenty of legroom and excellent view as a small room. Will keep an eye out for future events.

I've been to the Mechanics a few times now - both in the audience for different shows, and on the stage (as part of writers' nights). I've always been impressed by the friendless of the staff; how comfortable it all feels (at over 6 feet tall, I struggle to fit into most theatres' seating, etc); and how it attracts big shows while also keeping a feel it being a part of the town in also offering space for local creative shows and initiatives (such as local writers night).

We watched the Ultimate Rock Show, and it was fantastic. The musicians and singers were superb. The seating arrangements in the Mechanics are really good as your view isn't obscured we will definitely definitely watch another show .

Watched Horace Andy .. a long time reggae favourite of my husband... brilliant night... added bonus was that, although a standing event, the seats were stacked back so you could still use first couple of rows .... absolute bonus to know for future standing events for those of us who need a little rest part way through:) excellent bar staff. Shame restaurant wasn't open though... Great door staff too...

Best tribute band around. I have seen these at the mechanics in burnley 5 times now . ELO Experience are amazing and a must see this band. They are as good as real ELO and I mean that .
