The Dome Concerts 2025

Very nice swimming facilities, bigger than a conventional leisure centre pool, but smaller than a listed waterpark, it's some where in between. There are also 2 jacuzzi pools, that are not seen visible on photos. The outside rapids are formed in a loop that go around a boulder, the outside rapids are not turned on all the time. There is a small white slide that connects the 2 biggest pools, although it's one way because it goes down.

Attended the dome for the Gaming Market, absolutely amazing took me right back to my childhood. So much to see and lots of choice from the retro gaming market. Some stall owners were a bit, what's the word, unreasonable, with their pricing and lack of negotiation, most items are second hand after all. Overall a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Cleanliness & hygiene standards were the poorest I have seen of any public swimming pool. Changing room floors were full of muddy brown footprints and puddles, only cleaned between sessions. Into the pool area: Loose and missing tiles all over the pool including children’s areas. Rust and green mould literally dripping from every possible fixture and fitting. The whole place needs bull-dozing. I would say it was the least enjoyable swimming experience of my whole adult life. Kids aged 8 & 11 had a great time but even they made remarks about the condition and cleanliness. I wish I had taken photos to back up the review as I feel that this doesn’t do it justice. The place is an accident waiting to happen.

In serious need of upgrade and a good clean! Scum on the slides. Plasters laying about.. child's play area --- rusty???! Black bits in the water all around the edge of the pool. Only one out of 4 balls that shot water worked.. the water was so cold too. Showers? Forget it they where even colder. I'm sure this place made my 2 year old boy ill as he had s&d later that night.. Won't be returning anytime soon. I loved this place as a child too so it's such a same to see it's not been properly kept.

Height for slides were not very clear. Which meant me and my son climing 100 stairs for him to be told no. Jacuzzi was sharp. Not very child friendly unless you just take toddlers or they're at least 8
