A big thank you to Lynne and the amazing Wedding Events team here. We were booked as a surprise for the Bride and Groom and the team were beyond helpful not only in helping us but on the day as well. What a beautiful set up for a wedding they have here, we cannot wait to come back one day and work with this lovely team - thank you for having us and looking after us. Great intimate venue. Went to a Shalamar concert....very very good performance. Stayed in their Ellington rooms for the night. Very reasonable price with the concert package. Decent evening food and a really nicely cooked breakfast. Would definitely go again.

The place is amazing. Bands and artists performing here are brilliant. Staff is also lovely and ready to help with one exception only - a blonde tiny lady who works in the bar, not the one with spectacles, she's is rude. The way she's looking at you... makes you run. She never smiles. She's always grumpy, and the looks she gives you, they're absolutely unprofessional.

We're members, so a bit biased. However we like coming here to eat & see a show. The food's good and the staff are attentive. Don't forget there's the Moldy Fig restaurant and the hotel too. The hotel's in sore need of a revamp, but handy for the odd stay to avoid a cab home! The food in the Fig's great, by the way.
