Greg led an amazing gin and chocolate tasting class and experience. I liked that it was a smaller group (5 of us) and that he was able to accommodate.my needs to ensure I had a great class experience even if I wasn't drinking the gin. The cocktails he created to bring it the amazing scent and taste of the gin were unique and inspired. The chocolate chosen was not only delicious, but a perfect pairing for each cocktail he taught us to make to help bring out the best quality of the drink. We learned a lot about the history, botany and creation of gin and how it has evolved. I would highly suggest this class/experience. Greg was an excellent teacher and was also very helpful in his knowledge of the area and fun things to do for each person's taste and interests. If we only had one or two more days in Edinburgh, we would have gone to all the restaurants and pubs he had mentioned. This is definitely an experience you don't want to miss!!

Attended the gin cruise on Sunday with my Mum and auntie as a present for my aunties 40th. Tasty drinks & very knowledgeable staff. It was a great day out! Would highly recommend. Fab idea for something a bit different.

Can't recommend the rum tastings enough. Great blend of unique rums, tasty rums and lots of history / knowledge. Definitely worth the ticket price and you can sometimes buy extras to take away home!

This was my first Gin tour and I loved it! Jamie is a wonderful host and he explained us about the science of gin. It was definitely as much fun as a learning experience. I would recommend anyone to experience this tour.

My friend bought me the Gin Cruise for a birthday gift and I had the best time ever! Not to mention, we embarked on our cruise during an Amber weather warning 😄 we were assured we'd be safe as it was only rain and amazingly so, as the world war 3 of rain was going on outside, you wouldn't know a thing inside the boat 😄 Anyway, Jamie was so insightful and a lot of fun to listen to. The cocktails made by his lovely accomplice were amazing, which i'm so glad for because I can go to the bar with a few more options now! Pretty impressive facilities considering it's a canal noat too. All the staff involved were lovely. Would highly recommend 👌
