Pigs In The Wood Concerts 2024

Parking - easy, you can park on the main road right outside. I absolutely loved visiting here at the weekend. The volunteers take you around the woods, and you have a chance to walk around and see all the pigs and goats. There is an eating area there as well as a little shop. Sells basics like hot and cold drinks, cakes, and crisps. They take card via PayPal but essier to take cash. You can also buy food for £1 to feed the pigs and goats. Everyone is a volunteer, and all money goes back into looking after the animals. They also host a number of events throughout the year. The staff are amazing and friendly and provide lots of information about the animals. It is muddy! Wear wellies! Old trainers will not do. Take spare clothes and a black bag for when you get back in the car and spare shoes. Only amazing things to say, don't think ill eat a bacon sandwich again either! Thank you for a fab afternoon

Really great tour lots of interactions with the pigs bring your wellies! A spare of shoes for journey home and a bag to put your mucky wellies in. You can also bring food for the piggies check the website as their are some foods they cant eat. Reallly fun experienxe

Super lovely place, full of curious, friendly, and sassy piggies, goats, and chickens, all full of personality. All vegan and ethically ran. Felt like we were in a Disney film being accompanied by Pete the Friendly Goat while we met the other animals.

We had the best day at pigs in the wood. It made me feel very emotional to see such a gorgeous bunch of good people supporting these beautiful animals and giving them the life they deserve. The pigs have lots of space to roam and exhibit their natural behaviors. It was great for my partners children to meet the pigs, I appreciated that the volunteers spoke to the children honestly about the life stories of the pigs, I feel this was a very special experience.
