The Big Difference Concerts

Love it here. Steps down so not wheelchair friendly. Toilets could be slightly nicer but not there to visit loos. Comedy is fantastic. Staff pleasant x

Finally got round to using our Xmas gift for a comedy night and booked The Big Difference in Leicester. Didn't know what to expect as never been before and was shocked at first to find it was in the middle of the high St shopping, just looked like a shop front at first look, but when inside it has a bar and a small seating area and down stairs was the cellar !! where there was a small stage and rows of chairs (a bit uncomfortable) for upto 250 people, compact but cosy. 3 comedians and a compare, 2 of which we're very funny and one not so, but each to their own. All in a lovely night and would definitely go again.

Great music venue with friendly and helpful staff. Me and my mates particularly enjoy the 'Big Difference Little Gigs' that happen on Wednesday evenings, a great way to find new local artists. Great selection of beer and spirits too

Great little gem of a venue, it's very intimate which makes it perfect for a comedy setting because the audience have this little sense of community in how they react, at least on the night I was there. As the room is in the basement it's cosy, perfect for a cold night and car parking close by. 100% will be coming here again in the near future.
