M&S Bank Arena Concerts 2024-2025

My husband and I attended an event here and was very upset that the tickets we had were up two flights of stairs. We approached a member of staff and they managed to get us seated on a lower tier. The staff were friendly and helpful. The venue itself was larger than I thought and was very clean and tidy. And we really enjoyed the concert and would recommend a visit. The food however is a bit expensive.

Great experience from start to finish.... My only suggestion would be to put both escalators on going down on the exit as it does bottleneck at the top. But I am sure someone has already thought of this and there will be a perfectly good safety reason why this does not happen. Staff are very helpful and venue is clean.

Great venue !! Sound quality was brilliant and lots of security when entering which makes you feel safe. The male toilets had plenty of urinals in - meaning queue times were less than 2 minutes. Would definitely visit again

Attended Liverpool Comicon, and it was very well organised. The arena itself is only a short walk from the Albert Dock, Liverpool Town Centre and lots of other attractions. Staff were extremely helpful. Will be going back in Novermber.

Well set out arena venue with good level of staffing and fair number of food and drink outlets with high, but not excessive, prices. My ticket did state river entrance before I then had to work around the whole arena to the other side, but didn't detract from another 3xcellent OMD performance.
