Last night I left the venue and because there have been problems with gangs in the area, two security guards insisted that they wait with me and another woman until our Ubers arrived. They walked us to another street where the taxis could stop. I really appreciated this as I had felt uncomfortable when I was waiting around the corner by myself. They wanted to make sure we didn't get mugged.

Weird crowd if you are only girls. Had to be kinda alert the whole time. When free tix are given, it gets so overcrowded that's impossible to go through the corridors. In case of an emergency, you will struggle to get out. The security has seen everything, respect to all of them.

I was there last night for Pinky Promise. The coat staff were very rude, told us to hurry up even though all we were doing were putting the coats on the hangers. They charged us per item rather than coat hanger ever though we were told by another staff while queuing it won’t work that way. Then I went to pickup something from my jacket, there wasn’t a queue or anything. They charged me £1 for taking something out of my coat! Then they were laughing and mocking the fact I was stupid enough to pay or they tricked me into paying for it. The rest of the experience was very good but being mocked and asked to pay for something so silly, laughed at, eclipsed the whole experience. Please review the staff dealing with coats.

vibe was awful. only older people 30+ not the place to go if you're young and want to have fun. also overpriced and the bathrooms aren't clean

Great venue for raving, lots of places to get lost, only downside is queueing can take a while
