I had a great night here but I was really disappointed about how inaccessible it is for disabilities. Even with my medical identification and freedom pass I wasn't able to get thr support I needed - which was literally FRESH AIR. The female bouncer was great but the rest didn't give me a chance and apparently it's policy but because of my health issues I can't have a decent bank holiday night out? ...Just by needing to.be able to Stand outside in the fresh air for a period of time? Honestly the more I think about it, its sounding like a lawsuit. This should not be allowed.

The experience was ok overall. It was the only club opened so late on a Sunday night so we did not have other options too choose from. The shots are way to small and there was too much smoke... The staff was nice. Someone was trying to sell me parfumes / shampoos and so on in the men's restroom. That was a very odd experience (see video). He insisted to get a tip and so on...

I had a ticket but the security guys asked to pay again , basically they said “ there are a lot of people so when can’t let you in unless you’re paying for cash! , that’s a bribery “ , please stay away from there, don’t waste your hard earned money .

LIGHTHOUSE COMPLETELY RUINED MY NIGHT OUT. Come here if you want to wait in line for over half an hour in the freezing London cold, with the queue not moving just to be turned down at the door with VALID tickets and to be told by staff members that they don’t care. Insane unprofessionalism and lack of organisation. Lighthouse used to be a good place to party, it has now gone downhill. Member of staff screaming that he doesn’t care about our problems, this is a completely SICK place run by animals. DONT COME HERE. This place does not deserve even a single a star. Take your hard earned money elsewhere where members of staff are actually professional and respect you. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the member of staff at Lighthouse who ruined our night but they were a manger of some kind (not security) , black male.

The most amazing mojitos here, we had normal mojitos and passionfruit mojitos and they were incredible and the bartender Poppy was so lovely!!
