The Star of Kings Concerts

Great little pub just around the corner from Kings Cross Station. They have some very tasty beers, although a little on the expensive side. We visited on a Monday afternoon, so it was very empty, but I can imagine it is a very lively spot on a Firday night. The bar staff were amazingly hospitable and friendly. The kitchen was closed, but they said it was fine to order in, and we shared our KFC bucket with the superb Scottish barmaid whose name escapes me now, but she was extremely welcoming, chatty and knowledgeable about the ales they had on tap.

We came here looking for a Sunday roast which they didn’t have BUT we ended up having 3 tacos for £11 instead and they were surprisingly good. We had the cochinita, barbacoa and masa fried chicken tacos and they were really good. Will definitely come again

Cool, little venue. Went for a gig the other day, and it was great! Super friedly staff and amazing atmosphere. Didn't have any food though.. Will be back for sure!

Popped in here for the first time on a Friday afternoon and really liked the place. Really attractive decor, two rooms, and a lovely enclosed seating area out front. Beer is craft, rather than cask, but supporting primarily local breweries. Friendly staff too. The karaoke in the evenings doesn’t appeal, but each to their own!

Great pub in King's Cross. All the tables were reserved but managed to get a drink in.
