I have never been to this building however I am having the worst service with your online fan support. I resold my Slipknot tickets due to not being able to attend as my baby is due the same time as the event. In my seller information I had super old details which linked to a closed bank account which I didn’t realise(my mistake). I have gone to my old bank to which they’re saying the money bounced back to Ticketmaster as my account has closed therefore they still have my money!!! I have mentioned this to the fan support who are supposed to respond within 24 hours but it’s now been 48hours. I need my £260 back, it is my money and it’s being withheld and I really need help from a manager.

I haven’t receive my payment for the taylor swift resale tickets. We’ve worked really hard for that money and had to cancel due to personal problems. I sent them all the required documents. Ticketmaster UK Finance Assistant Julio Garcia-Gomes input the wrong beneficiary account number and they said the payment bounced back but until today they have not re-processed my payment. Fan Support repeatedly give different information and unwilling to escalate this issue seriously. I know i’m not the only one with this bad experience. I suspect this is a ripped off and deceitful activity. Need help to solve this issue. It has been going on since Nov 2023 Update on 13/04/2024 The Manager Von Marilie T was able to sort out the payment issue and I have finally received my payment. Anyone having payment issue, try asking for her and she may be able to help.

Horrible customer service experience. Have tried to contact them many times, but can only get to talk to a computer.

They literally robbed me. Sold tickets through THEIR official platform and they won't give me the money. Been going in circles with their "support" for 6 months now. They scammed me out of 400 pounds.

Booked 2 tickets for the ABBA Voyage show for a Christmas present for my wife and daughter. Tickets are electronic so ordered a programme in a souvenir box that I thought I could wrap up and put under Christmas tree. Electronic tickets aren’t actually available until a few days before the event. After a few weeks I did not receive the brochure so I contacted Ticketmaster, they told me it would arrive (without fail) 5 days before the event. The brochure did not arrive so I just had to tell my wife and daughter they were going, not really the Christmas experience I was trying to achieve? We are now 7 days AFTER the event, my wife and daughter enjoyed the show but still no sign of the brochure. Again I contacted Ticketmaster to find out what was going on, they replied that I would need to contact Royal Mail to find out where it is (I have no tracking number and Ticketmaster can’t provide one)! They refuse to resend a brochure (which is now not really required) or refund for it! Another example of terrible customer service. They are obviously in breach of distance selling regulations as they are responsible for the safe delivery of goods, but they couldn’t care less! Obviously I’ll never use again!
