Great local venue and superb room for comedy. They need to work on the whole queueing to collect tickets system which is surely much better served by tickets being issued upon purchase. Other than that, all good .

The Hat Factory is a brilliant venue that showcases all manner of different events for all ages and interests. I visited because they had an Acid Jazz Exhibition which brought back fond memories of my 20's. Ive since been back for an evening with former Luton manager David Pleat and physio John Sheridan, like I said they really do a great variety of events there for all tastes.

We went to an event and we did not know it was standing room only. We asked about a cloakroom but there is not one but we put our coats behind bar. We had only been there an hour and they ran out of certain drinks. A lot of people went to the pub across the road as they could not get the drink they wanted. If a big event is on then whoever orders the supply of drink should ensure that there is enough of all drink. There is no excuse. Me and my husband could not be bothered to stay and it spoilt our night and we waited ages to see the Dekkertones. The place is so disorganized

The venue has grown and modernised over the years. Interior is fresh and modern. The bar is well stocked and the bar staff are bubbly and friendly. The room the gig was held in heated up quickly and needed some air conditioning. Facilities are great.

Had a wonderful time, at the Winnie the Pooh with chellos production. Kids loved it so did the adults. Lovely small venue, with good view.
