AO Arena Concerts 2024-2025

Great place to go. You can get a drink, food etc. The prices aren't a complete rip off like some places. Getting in was easy, no queues. Security was quick and easy but still enough to feel safe. Seats are comfortable enough to sit on for a few hours. Sound was pretty good. Getting out was a bit more involved with everyone coming out together, if you're in no rush leave it about 15 mins till most people have cleared out. The only negative thing is the stairs are quite steep and could be a little disconcerting for some people.

I can’t thank the arena enough for stepping in to host the Manchester gigs for Take That. The lead up to to gigs was very tense given the on and off potential of the Co-Op being able to host. I was also getting really concerned about our safety. However AO stepped in and made our two nights at the gigs a wonderful experience. All of the Staff where lovely and so helpful. Take That were of course fabulous! Thank you, thank you, thank you

Amazing morning out with my son to see the hot Wheels monster truck show. The arena was a great experience, ran very smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful. Refreshments didn't break the bank either which was a nice touch. The crash party tickets were a nice touch but no need to get there on time not enough to fill 90 minutes.

21000 people find sufficient space, drinks and food offerings and really friendly service and security staff along concerts or other events - in fact surprisingly clean areas. Perfect infrastructure included! Sound quality was not 100% convincing, but not sure if the reason was on the basic concept of the arena or the sound Check job was done badly. Security and safety staff, broad and well illuminated emergency exits and paths convince for all aspects.

Very organized, I've never been to a big venue and was dreading the thought of huge, pushing crowds, but I needn't to have worried. Met our daughter at the station and followed the signs, very smooth running. Toilets, bars and merchandise kiosks all extremely busy, but, the further round you walk, the quicker and easier to get served. The only drawback were the queues for the ladies, and the steep steps to our seats in block 213 - right at the top. The views were amazing and the large screens helped not to miss a trick. Enjoyed by all
