Went to explore the building which is near the river - gorgeous setting and building with lots of interesting interiors. Great space for a cuppa and to do some work. There was nothing on when I was there but some brilliant things coming up.

Went to take a look at the new studios. Amazing large space for events but isn't fully finished yet so not at it's full potential. The food however was delicious from the bar. The veggie options were really tasty and presented beautifully.

Lengthy queues but quick to get in. Horrific toilet queues. Good sized bar upstairs in the main room but the soundsystem was massively lacking. It did not fill the space and the atmosphere was therefore average at best.

First visit we drove from Liverpool to see David Hoyle's incredible cabaret night, and my god it was fantastic. The venue is a really great versatile space and felt really magical with all his art and the music playing. We didnt get to stop and try the food but its a brilliant venue. Just off the end of the m602 and loads of parking nearby.

Great venue, sound, light show and the music. Pity the bar was so mad busy and no draught beer upstairs but overall brilliant night out.
