Amazing service and such a great atmosphere, fair prices and the cocktails were so good! Bar staff were all really friendly too!

Food was lovey. Staff was friendly and gave a personal service. Definitely recommend

Paid £30 for 2 chicken burgers we couldn't eat! They were an odd pink/greyish colour, very chewy and they tasted awful. They only had one poor girl serving the entire place, she was amazing by the way. This is not a reflection of the server. After saying we were weren't happy about the food, we were eventually told we couldn't have a refund because there was nothing wrong with it, its just the part of the chicken its cut from, but if you were unfortunate enough to have to bite it you would agree. There wasnt even a manager there, this was done by texting a picture. We wanted a refund because we had waited so long that we were going to be late for a show we were in town to see. Plus we had been put off by the first burger. It was disappointing because the venue and the staff were lovely but the food and overall experience left us £30 out of pocket.

AVOID AVOID AVOID WE WERE SERVED RAW CHICKEN BURGERS, THEY WERE SLIMEY, BRIGHT PINK AND ABSOLUTELY VILE Our waitress said she had to TEXT the manager as there was no management, she was rushed off her feet and already on the verge of tears. The manager text her to say no refund, the poor girl hugged me as she was so sorry. She had already taken the burgers and thrown them away, so we were left with no meal that we had paid for!!!! Absolutely disgusting establishment, I will never be returning.

We were a party of 9 and we all sat together on a round table, we all had a drink most of which were expensive cocktails, the women who took our food order was pleasant enough, after waiting for an hour I went to the bar to ask the girl if she knew how much longer our food was going to be, she explained that the chef had closed the kitchen because of a backlog of orders and also that the kitchen was a separate business. When the food eventually arrived there were 4 pizzas on a board and the waitress said she would get some plates, I had ordered pork and fries and when it came it was absolutely disgusting, there were a lot of warm fries on a plate with shredded pork fat on top which was absolutely revolting, no cutlery or serviettes were given and I tried to find some meat with my fingers, I complained at the bar, eventually the waitress came and gave me my £12.50 refund, the others got a free shot. If it was the last place to eat I would sooner starve. That's 9 people who won't be going back .
