Excellent venue. Very professional, friendly staff and security team - pat-down provided a sense of comfort. Facilities and atmosphere at this venue always top drawer. Highly recommended. Been going to events here since the '80s and it remains one of the best venues in Manchester for live music.

Great intimate space. We stood on the balcony and the view was fantastic. The staff were lovely and it was so quick and easy to get in with the e-tickets. Bag searches and pat downs were handled professionally and definitely made me feel safe. I'd definitely go back there for a gig. Great night.

Fantastic night watching Alestorm live. Staff were friendly, I stood on the balcony bit. The downside I would say is the price of a pint, £7.90 for a pint or £14.90 for a double pint and there was a queue to go out and vape. The venue was good enough though

Turned up on the door with my boyfriend using crutches barely able to walk. Tried to call to ask about a seat with no luck but when we arrived they put us straight into the accessibility line and were so helpful it was amazing. We thought we’d have to leave the gig but managed to stay thanks to the help of the staff. We both felt a bit teary as they were so nice to us and put all our worries to rest! 💖
Been to many concerts in Manchester but his was the first time at the Ritz for Mr. Big. Hopefully it won't be the last. Many reviewers mention the kindness and friendliness of the staff and I can only agree. My partner has an injured knee and after encountering the first member of security staff who immediately noticed the injury, we were escorted to the front of the queue, allowed straight in, and she was told of her accessibility options. We were directed to Bryn who gave her a stool to use throughout the concert and explained that we could use to accessibility toilet just the corner from where we were. I believe the only toilets for the ground floor are located down three sets of stairs. Bryn very possibly takes the prize for the friendliest and most polite concert security guard I've ever come across. Additionally even the bar staff were incredibly friendly. A big thank you to all. As for the concert, what do you expect from a band with the world's greatest bassist - Paul Gilbert on drums wasn't bad either !
