The Salty Dog Concerts 2024-2025

Good that there are still some small independent music venues like the Salty Dog. There's always a good atmosphere and they manage to get some excellent bands. A big bonus to be able to have a decent cask ale as well.

Great rock n roll venue to visit. A very intimate venue where you can get up close to the fantastic live acts that the Salty Dog promote. I've been there several times to see some fantastic soloists and international bands which have been excellent. The ticket prices are extremely reasonable, and some nights you'll get 3 bands performing. A great selection of beverages on tap. It's a small compact and bijou venue which is excellent, run by people who love to promote live music. I'd recommend visiting The Salty Dog 😁👍

The bartenders were great and knowledgeable. The vibe, decor and music were great. Beers were pricey for the area, but worth the price for the flavour. We went on a Friday for drinks only, so can’t comment on the food, but really enjoy it and will be going again.

Great little bar with a great variety of beer. They live music at weekends which creates a great atmosphere. Will definitely be going again.

I came from Manchester to meet a girl I met online but she cancelled at the last minute, not bothered as I'd heard of this pub year's ago and have been meaning to go, welcomed with lovely staff and fantastic Cask ales and a great stout.
