Wow and wow l was not expecting this at all! Just stopped overnight in Norwich and wanted to fill in some time so we drove into the city centre and on a whim went into the Cathedral it was late so we only had half an hour. What an amazing experience, we looked through the Cathedral the the newly refurbished organ started to play choir started singing and a mass started. We were blown away by the acoustics of the place this is a must do

Stunning Cathedral, located near the River Wensum in the City of Norwich, Norfolk, UK. A lovely volunteer, Diane, had a great conversation with us, her knowledge and enthusiasm for this wonderful building are a real asset to the Cathedral. The Cathedral has some amazing features and tons of hidden history and it was so much fun finding new facts, we ended our visit feeling inspired, and knowing we would return.

Incredible 900 year old building, absolutely huge and stunningly beautiful. Spent well over an hour here because there was just so much to see. Can visit for free or make a donation. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. One of the best cathedrals I've ever been to.
