Friendly staff and a landlord that cares about his venue. Perfect host. Check local listings for upcoming gigs. You will find high quality acts that have travelled half way across the globe. Very respectful crowd who appreciate music and want to listen rather than talk all the way through the gig. Highly recommended. Always a great atmosphere.

Never made to feel more welcome in a new pub. Stumbled by completely by accident on the hint for aome live music and found a country band singing. Bar staff we so accompanying friendly and considerate. Really made our night and looked after us well. Thank you Bob and everyone .
