Home Park Stadium Reviews

An incredible experience, decent sized ground with friendly welcome. A very cold day, but started to warm up when the sun came out in the second half. Having arrived very early, we avoided the rain, which was a relief. There was plenty of noise throughout the match and the home supporters are very loyal. An enjoyable experience, happy that this will be my last time going to a football ground. The pre match pastie and hot chocolate was excellent.

Standard type of stadium that was fine for me as a visiting fan. I walked to the ground from the centre of town, a straightforward route. The entrance for away fans approaching from this direction could have been better posted. Stadium facilities were like most others and I had a good view of the game.

Not a bad stadium. On the smaller side, around 18k capacity, but tidy and does the job. Enjoyed a brilliant awayday here. Very green stadium but has good character with the 3 sides bowel shaped and an Old School Grandstand. Could do with some work if Argyle wish to push on. Limited alcohol choice in the concourse, especially being in Devon. Good fanzone, welcoming home and away fans, where there are plenty of food and drink options. Portaloo's everywhere, by the way!!

Theatre of Greens! Parking at the stadium is restricted but there is plenty of off street parking in the local area with no permit restrictions. Food is available (usual stadium prices) but an Ivor Dewdney Pasty from the van is traditional. Football can range from Amazing/Mediocre/Shocking. New Fan Zone is great with live music/food/drink. It is an easy 20 min walk across Central Park from the station if coming by train. Always a great atmosphere (at the start) and varies over the 90 mins!
