Regal Theatre Concerts 2025

What a show...Raost performance of Phantom of the opera. Outstanding, Voices to match those of the West End. Value for money...We would've paid to see it twice more and still had money for dinner, compared to big theatres. Well done to all the cast,crew, technicians, box office, bar staff and ushers. And a huge shout out to the orchestra. Bellisimo Bellisimo

Excellent viewing. Comfortable seating with an armrest and drinks holder. The upstairs bar had a few mishaps before the show, but I'm sure it's usually fine. Nice. Yeah.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Well priced and lots of offers on, making it even more affordable. The movie and meal deal was excellent! Only downside was the theatre was absolutely freezing!

The reason I’m giving 3 stars and not one is because as a general cinema the place is lovely and the customer service is good, visit here often to watch films however last night was the first time we had eaten here. We were asked what drinks we wanted and it was 40 minutes later we got drinks (it wasn’t busy), we ordered food (mostly burgers because we were told they only had 2 pizza bases left) and the food came out however one of us didn’t get cheese and bacon that was requested and was then told they didn’t do cheese and bacon on that sort of burger (would have been nice to know that at time of ordering) I didn’t get cheese on mine (baring in mind it’s £1.50 extra for cheese) waitor was apologetic and took it back out to get cheese and one of us didn’t even have food, the waitor seemed unsure of why and after going back to the kitchen, 10 minutes later that persons food to come out by which time the majority of us were half way through our meals, if we had waited our food would have gone cold! Granted the man who served us was very friendly and apologetic and I don’t believe he was all to blame but it was just poor organisation and communication I think, also after being told there was only 2 pizza bases left, majority of us who wanted pizza had to order burgers (apart from 2 of us so that would have been the last of the pizza bases) a couple came in while we were eating and had pizzas so how could that make sense? Just felt a bit like they didn’t want to cook pizzas for a table of 7. Food was okay but rather pricy.
