What an amazing venue and atmosphere. We had a wonderful experience watching the great André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra. Truly unforgettable 💕

We all had a fab night! The artists were brilliant at accepting their award and singing/rapping. Everyone got up to enjoy Soul to Soul at the end..

We went to see Disney on Ice and the show was incredible. I would give the show 5 stars! The arena was clean and service was quick. Parking was expensive at £14 per car and food, drinks and merchandise were overpriced too, with popcorn costing £15 and a small slush costing £15.

Great experience coming to the arena as a wheelchair user. The accessible seating area provided a great view. The arena was clean and modern (bar a slow lift that took a while to get all customers up and down). Couple of things to note: the disabled toilets were radar keys but during the show had a very long queue to use (because the ladies and gents had massive queues). Whilst I understand some disabilities are invisible it would be safe to assume the majority of those in the queue were not disabled and were just trying to avoid the other queues. I feel the stewards could help by reminding people that this was an accessible toilet to be used for people with access needs only. Security was also appalling as the door lady didn’t scan me as ‘it’s difficult to scan someone in a wheelchair’. All other venues I attend manage to security clear me and I felt uncomfortable just being allowed to roll in without being checked. Overall, happy with the arena, parking on site was prebooked and great.

Brilliant night. It's a great venue. Book the car park with your ticket, it's such a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas were clean. We sat in block 119 through the blue doors row b seats 15 and 16. Great view. The venue is ready to get to jnc 34 on the M1. I was dreading leaving but it couldn't have been easier. Took approx 15 mins from leaving our seats to exiting the car park. Brilliant
