Excellent little venue. We saw Urban Voodoo Machine. A great band.Good bar with fair prices. Staff are friendly & helpful.

Great little venue for bands. This time, I went to see Fleetwood Bac (fantastic band, by the way) - all of the staff (bar staff/door staff) were very pleasant and friendly. Reasonably priced drinks for this type of venue - £4.40/pint of Red Stripe, £3.70/can of Red Stripe (June 2023). Every time I've been here I've never had a bad experience. The only niggle for me was that when I bought the ticket, I was charged £1 for delivery via email (I couldn't change this option) - this after I was charged a 10% booking fee (which I accept is normal practice) - but seriously, £1 for sending an email?? Having said this, it wouldn't stop me in the future...

Great place for gigs. Comfortable, great atmosphere. Staff excellent at helping any disability needs, I.e. Room is standing but disabled are provided with a chair and, if open, the upstairs seating area is made available. Highly recommended.

Attended bottomless crisp club this time but have visited for music events previously. Friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices and an interesting programme of events. Great little venue!
