Princess Theatre Concerts 2026-2027

Great show but theatre seats not that comfy. Drinks and nibbles so expensive. Gin and tonic plus beer £14.05! Bag of popcorn £4.50!

A lovely theatre. Watched 'Calling Planet Earth' 80s show. Great lighting and acoustics. Good facilities, bar, toilets and a lift which was super handy for us. Good disabled parking outside but you can also park on the main row . Great shows, location and super friendly staff as well. Well stocked bar and they also do food deliveries in the intervals. Can wait to go back.

Generally a good venue. Appears well maintained and has helpful staff. The downside for me as a disabled man who struggles with standing and walking is that the seating in the theatre was hard to negotiate as it is tightly packed. Also there is insufficient seating in the bar area so I was forced to sit on the floor...

Central and quite large, modern theatre, although the seats and leg room could probably do with an upgrade. QR code on the back of the chair in front is useful for getting refreshment n sweets brought to you (rather than having to queue). Didn't see these on Circle seats. We had a pre-show meal, but the menu was limited to pizza only or salad; chicken and sea bass alternatives weren't available. Staff were friendly n helpful. Lots of pre-show eatery alternatives are available close by though. The Harvester was a good choice on our recent visit. Mid-week show we went to was less than half full but the quality of the La Bamba singing and dancing was enjoyed by everyone. More recently attended Rock Choir 18th birthday party! After the holiday season, you could try the roadside parking options near the theatre, although we parked a 5' walk away Shedden Hill. Lots available this time of year. Would go again but maybe eat somewhere else.

Very nice, modern theatre. I liked the fact that it has 2 bars and plenty of places to sit before the show. It would be good if you could get hot drinks from the upstairs bar but that's a minor niggle
