Wulfrun Hall Reviews

Go there often, easy to access with tickets on your phone. However a pint of beer with a plastic cup is £8.95 very very expensive, so have a drink before you go as there's a fantastic choice of pubs in the area. The Halls are clean and the seating comfortable sound quality is also good.

Ridiculous security....I had a ticket...I was the driver for my mate...took him in....went out, checked that my ticket would allow me back in...returned....company policy says "No readmission"...stood outside and waited for an hour. Ludicrous. Wulfren or Showsec? Spoke calmly to anyone that would pay me any attention.....very very disappointed and confused.

Very poor venue. Seating in stalls is more like a school hall than a concert hall. Badly managed, making people queue for upwards of an hour and only having one entrance open is dreadful. This is also a cashless venue, which is just unacceptable. The manager in attendance stood and rolled her eyes, whilst I described my feelings of bring let down, and was completely disinterested! Not possible to email or speak to anyone either. Never again.

I visited here as a wheelchair user to see Dadi Frayr. From the start the staff were just brilliant. So helpful and friendly, they genuinely couldn’t do to much for us. I loved every bit of my experience and will definitely come again. Please give massive thanks to the staff who were honestly the best.

The show was advertised as Simon and Garfunkel but was actually a tribute band. And although it was a good performance that we enjoyed we have no idea who they were if we wanted to see them again. Drinks were allowed into the auditorium but everyone then left half drunk plastic glasses hanging on the backs of seats or on the floor to get knocked over when everyone leaves. Seats are all on one level and not like other theatres but the stage is high enough to see performers if they are stood up.
