Great venue, intimate and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice bar with fast service. Food wagon outside, looked good and reasonably priced (didn't try it because I wasn't hungry)

Great little venue tucked round the corner from Worthing station. Good sized stage and good sightlines for a small venue. Small seated area and lots of stools to perch around the sides of you prefer not to stand. Very friendly staff, Normal pub prices, food wagon outside, even had clean loos.
I had my first outing to the factory, as i am one for supporting live music venues, its so important to keep these places going, i was very impressed at how lovely the place is and how friendly the staff were, from the initial contact with the cloakroom lady, to the very happy and friendly ladies working behind bar, i don't think they dropped their smiles all night, and renained polite and friendly, even though they were dealing with such large numbers, all the staff are a true credit to the venue, and make the night enjoyable, the organiser of the event was a true legend to, and hopefully he will get some more headline acts in there soon :-)

Came from London to see a tribute band with my daughter. We had such a great night. The staff were so friendly and so helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend and would come back again. Well done to everyone involved.

We have been here a few times now, mostly just to see Murdochs Crazy Eyes, but last time the MIND charity gig. Nice friendly venue and staff. I feel comfortable coming here with a gf, and safe. Shame that a lot of people who booked didn't even turn up for the MIND gig, because it was free 🤔 Disappointed for the bands who performed, the atmosphere, was subdued, and of course the bar didn't take half the expected cash. So I don't mind suggesting they charge maybe £5, next time, to encourage people to get there, and if not, they'll just be giving the donation anyway.
