Nice room setup for remote work. VERY nice, large walk-in shower with both top AND side jets. My undercarriage has seldom been more clean. Good soap, shampoo, etc. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfy beds, not too hard or too soft, and I'm picky as heck. Many pillow choices too, from large or small to firm or soft. Couldn't get the air conditioning or heater to stop, always had to choose to be either too cold or too hot. Restaurants were expensive. Slots were tight, not much winning going on.

I love going out to the casino for a great entertainment option! The staff is amazing! There are plenty of food and drink options, all of which have been really tasty. I have not personally been lucky enough to win a darn thing but I have an awesome time trying! Update: Finally won myself a few dollars today, didn't hit the jackpot buy I sure gave it a go! Always a good time Update: I guess it is time to hang up my hat on the gambling thing. I have lost more money than I care to imagine. The slots seem to be good to some people yet they are pretty tight when I play. Haven't had any better luck participating in the reward club promotions either. I think its great fun for people with large bank rolls, but for me. It just isn't worth losing all that money. The slot machines are always new, exciting and entertaining. There are numerous table games one can try their luck at and many dining options. So I would encourage everyone to try their luck! I on the other hand feel it really isn't the risk.

I didn't get a room but the service as well as the location were absolutely great. I found the casino very clean, the staff was excellent, very friendly. I really like that they were available for any questions I had as well. I didn't walk out a winner but I had a fabulous time that it didn't matter if I won.

Every single member of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Entire facility was clean and well maintained. Excellent food and lounge options. Do not stay in room 265 in the River Tower. Although the room was very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, it is right above a loading dock and trash compactor. Backup alerts from trucks and noise from unloading woke us up both mornings we were there. That, however, is my only complaint. Everything else was awesome!

And once again I didn't win a thing here. After I don't know how many times I have been to your establishment I have yet to even win anything no matter how much money I spend can't even win 5 bucks on any machine I play at! But all the other things you offer is awesome... The different food and drinks choices are really good here.
