Clark Center For The Performing Arts Reviews

Wonderful venue for a live performance. My wife and I decided to make a mini-trip around a concert we were attending near Pismo Beach. The theater had an intimate feel and even though we were in row 8, our vantage point for the concert was just perfect. The acoustics were great and the seating was ample. The concert we attended was Leonid and Friends, a Russian group that plays many Chicago covers, as well as EWF, and others. A wonderful evening in a great theater.

Any seats you get will be a great view... the only down fall they don't sell alcohol or let you record

A concert that was painful to watch. We purchased tickets for the Jose Feliciano concert and we were sad to see how feeble the artist had become. I am astonished that his two sons, as well as the Clark Center staff would allow such a concert to happen. Jose Feliciano didn’t know what songs he was supposed to play, he didn’t remember the words, and he was physically unable to play the music we had hoped to hear. It’s sad when the artist we remember can’t perform anymore, but it was really inexcusable for his sons to put him in such an awkward situation. As Jose said himself during the concert, “I don’t like what I’m putting down for you!” Then the $16 glass of undrinkable wine ….but that’s another story. Clark Center has many wonderful performances I’m sure, but this one was regrettable.

We just saw The World Ballet Series perform The Nutcracker. What a great venue to see this at! It's small, but, in my opinion, not a bad seat in the house. It was sold out tonight!

The Clark Center is a much loved location with a large stage, great lighting, and comfortable seats. My favorite even was duelling pianos in 2022 There's an exciting lineup for 2024
