Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville Concerts 2024-2025

Nice venue. The staff was very helpful. Lines were relatively short. There was a concessions stand for stadium style foods and drinks. The parking lot was a short walk away with paid parking. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again soon.

I was there for Sleep Token's show on May 8th. My review is coming from the perspective of a person with a physical disability and who utilized ADA seating/services: I had no issues with entering the venue. Staff members were friendly and helped me get through the line quickly. The problems started when I entered the seating area and the pit. I basically had a staff member in the ADA seating area telling me that I wasn't right kind of disabled for that seating area since I wasn't in a wheelchair. How uneducated, unprofessional, and unacceptable these statements were. Disabilities come in many different forms; they can be highly-visible and also invisible. I shouldn't have to give you an in-depth explanation of my disability, and you shouldn't be gate keeping the ADA area to that extreme level. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I had to have a conversation with that staff member and their supervisor to finally be granted access, but I was certainly made to feel like a nuisance and belittled, simply because I was trying to access the seating area allotted for people with disabilities. I know that other guests, including a few disabled veterans, in the ADA area were treated the same way, which is unbelievable to me. The staff needs a whole new training on ADA guidelines and how to treat guests. I had a very negative experience, and honestly, I don't want to visit the venue again.

Absolutely incredible, spacious venue for shows. Lots of drink (soda, water, beer, liquor) and food options (hot dogs, popcorn etc.). Plenty of seating options and great views to the stage. Air conditioned so bring a coat. Great acoustics and bathrooms are nearby to the entrance. Awesome venue. We got to see Lake Street Dive and was incredible.

Saw Nathaniel Raitliff and the Night Sweats. Great show, venue had decent sight lines and I would see another show there. The box office was super helpful in getting a good seat and you don't pay fees when you buy direct.

Visited for the New Year's Eve event and it was a memorable celebration of ending 2021! Three different bands played and we really enjoyed two of them. I was quite impressed with the stage lighting and the 🎈 🎈 🎈 They had good beer selection and the prices were "normal" for a music venue. The staff was pretty efficient and quick to check the IDs and a proof of vaccination or negative test result.
