Such a kid friendly hotel! If you have children you guys will have a blast. The arcade is big and so much fun. It even has racing cars you pay for separately . You spend a lot of money but you also have a blast. The water park was amazing! I looked at the reviews before coming and was kinda sad hoping it wasn’t like some people said - I came and saw it actually wasn’t bad at all. I booked an ocean view but the front desk lady didn’t give me an ocean view . I didn’t notice until I got into the room. Also another thing I felt was different from the other hotels in AC is you have to call and ask front desk for anything you need extra like towels , wash clothes, body soap. They give a little of it at first. They don’t give wash clothes you have to call and ask. The rooms were pretty nice. If you want to book - book the stay with your children. If it just adults I would advise another hotel like hard rock is amazingly nice and classy- luxurious-it’s right next to showboat!

I stood here 3 weeks ago with my two children and it was a disaster from hell! Do not come to this hotel to stay!!! It is honestly the most disgusting hotel Ive ever been to! The phone in the room had like honey the carpet smelled. The front desk had an hour wait to check in with only two employees working. To top it all off it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my deposit. I have called so many times and no one has picked up the phone! The hotel lobby is fine but the hotel room beware! I wish I took pictues. Save your money and run. I am not one of those type of reviewers that likes to do this but unfortunately I have to. RUN!

I had so much fun at the Showboat resort in Atlantic City. I went there with my family for my nieces birthday and her and my daughter literally had a blast. I love the service. I love the fact that we were able to order food in the cabana and have our drinks and food brought to us the pizza I have to say was incredible. The drinks were also amazing and I could not stay out of the lazy river. I will definitely be back with my family because it truly felt like a wonderful day in the summer and I will never forget it. The hotel was also amazing and we were able to relax and watch TV! I cannot wait to return. Five stars!

The rooms in New Orleans Tower floor eleven were pretty shabby and the noise from the wind and something spinning on the roof was making a loud noise all night.couple that with people slamming heavy doors that were hard to open and close and we barely slept. Not worth the money. I slept better at cheap motels. That being said the water Park was fun but the chlorine was very strong and burned my skin and eyes. The kids were not fazed and they still had a blast. Next morning though there was nothing to do. everything is closed and doesn't open until 11am. My kids wake up at 6-7am. So they said they were bored and wanted to go home. They need to sound proof and renovate the hotel rooms and open the play area and breakfast bar earlier. Maybe add an indoor playground for the little ones. As we felt that it not really a small kid friendly experience .

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I went to a basketball tournament with my nine-year-old son, and upon entering the hotel through the parking garage, I encountered a disgusting carpet in the elevator waiting area. We proceeded to the lobby, where a grimy, smoggy smell permeated the air. After checking in and receiving the hotel key, I made my way to my room. However, the elevator stopped unexpectedly on the second floor, revealing what seemed like an abandoned area with unfinished construction. Upon reaching the 12th floor, I noticed dirty walls and disgusting carpets leading to my room, and some rooms had broken locks. Inside the room, the smell was unpleasant, and there were huge stains on the carpet. I had to use two packs of Clorox wipes to clean it. Despite paying over $400 for a two-night stay, I strongly advise against booking at the Showboat hotel. The next day, I discovered homeless people sleeping near the elevator and witnessed a party in the parking lot. Avoid this place at all costs.
