Raising Cane's River Center, Baton Rouge, La Concerts

Really cool place for a hockey game. Baton Rouge won against Mississippi. The seating was great. The letters can be confusing especially if you are on row I. The tickets looks like row 1 but it's actually row I. Lots of food choat the concessions. Fresh lemonade and beer. Finding the entrance was a bit confusing and most of the people working there had no clue about the arena but it was an overall great experience.

It's a nice facility with clean bathrooms. Parking was a bit difficult though and walking to the event was pretty far to walk. It took us about 10 minutes to walk from the car to the event. Parking was $10 and we used a card to pay but I think they accept cash too.

Look it's a beautiful venue, lovely views of the city and river, it's clean, it's spacious, and absolutely everything from Disney was phenomenal! Disney on ice in totality was amazing! Their kiosk employees did their job , the show was breathtaking, but we're not here to talk about the show. I'm here because every employee of the actual raising Cane's River center venue in baton rouge was literally the rudest group of employees I've ever encountered! I know there's always a couple bad seeds but this was the totality of the staff. Anybody who was not affiliated with Disney but just the raising Cane's center were incredibly rude. And I'm not one to Go out of my way so leave bad reviews but I made a mental note that I would because of how severe their behavior was. Every parking garage attendant was yelling at literally anyone Even near the parking garage, security (And I roll my eyes at that) we're seemed literally offended that there were people there and God forbid. You asked any of them? A question, you don't only offend their sensibilities but their very existence! Sadly they rained on a magical parade , what should have been a magical lifetime memory full of excitement and joy, instead, me and my family will recall how appallingly rude the employees of the actual raising Cane's River center were. How unprofessional, unwelcoming, And least suited people for such a publicly demanding job! Again. Anybody affiliated with the Disney on ice show 10 out of 10, but if we're just so lely basing my experience with the raising Cane's River center employees experience, honestly, my three stars is me being generous. Basically it's atmosphere, views and general ambiance (and obviously the amazing show) is it's literal saving grace in this review.

Went here to see rock concert (Godsmack) in Sept 23'. Line to get in was LONG and halfway there we were told we couldn't bring our bag in so we had to walk to our car which was parked a mile and a half away at a paid parking lot. Then walk all the way back. Then i couldn't get the tickets to come up in the Ticketmaster app so I had to go to the ticket counter to get a ticket printed. Lady at counter was busy on her cell phone and asked the questions to find my ticket in the system and while I am still explaining my answers she already had what she needed and was printing them but said nothing and went back to her phone! So then I had to go through security again....made it in and was thirsty as hell. Went to drink counter and paid $6 for a coke that had to be poured into a plastic cup. No ice no lid so everyone was spilling there drinks all over. We had general admission tickets so we go to get our spot as close to the stage as possible and the area closest to the stage is fenced off. There was a security guard that informed us that while our tickets are GA we still had to go back out to the main hall to a table to get arm bands for the standing area! The paper ticket I had worked out better for this part of the process, but my friend had to go through more steps to prove her ticket was GA to get her arm band! Finally got in to our spot and rocked out to a badass concert!

We drove over from Gulfport to see the Sea Wolves play the Zydeco. The staff was very kind to us, as were the Zydeco fans! I would highly recommend making the trip.
