Excellent service throughout. No valet really difficult to get luggage to your rooms. Very nice pool. Casino was very smoky. Rooms were good and weekday price of $100 with all fees. Probably would not recommend due to luggage and parking issues. Plus stairway from pool was an issue for older folks after a few cocktails.

We visited this property 5 times during the month of April. We were camping at a nearby RV park. The first visit included our use of their on-site ATM machines. DO NOT USE THEM! Bring your own cash. 1) Their ATM machines charge over $6.00 a pop and 2) They failed to work properly when my wife used it. We ended up having to file a claim with our own bank to get the non-issued cash back. (The machine claimed it dispensed $400.00 but it had not. It showed "error" of some kind and no cash was received, but cash was taken out of our account). The machines are not owned by the Casino; however, they need to take ownership of the problems with the machines given that they allow them in their Casino.

Really it was a just average stay, first time staying at a casino and I might have expected too much. Having both elevators from the parking garage to the casino would have been nice only one operational. You couldn't use luggage carts without having to tip the employee. Shower didn't just leak it ran a steady stream, we had to run our fan on high not to hear it. I was impressed with the Draft King's section man it was Awesome especially during the NCAA tournament. It was a quick drive to Ocean Springs MS. Love that little special secret on the Gulf Coast

Stayed here for a conference, and the room was nice for the most part, and the conference center, food, and Morton’s were pretty good, but the rooms include no fridge ($10/day upcharge for one, subject to availability), no bottled water in the rooms, and I was here for 3 nights, and housekeeping didn’t come once. Not a terrible stay but wouldn’t voluntarily come back

The room was a good size. It could have been more clean. The casino is a casino. There's a lot of smoking there. But it wasn't so terrible that we couldn't stand to walk through it. The only real downfall is me and my husband were in the hot tub and when it turned off trash started coming out of the filter part. And in that was a period pad and a toilet paper roll. I have no idea how that was overlooked but it was. Needless to say we got out and take showers. The pools and hot tub do smells straight up like chlorine. We did get two drinks from the bar and they were 15 a piece which probably isn't bad but it's a little steep.
