Hard Rock Cafe Concerts 2024-2025

This was a difficult review, and I want to ensure you understand the review is only about the cafe. The cafe was kind of a dud. The food was great, but there is no longer any wow. Nothing on the menu sets this place apart as a destination item. The food was good.... Service was not anything great. My drink sat empty for too long a time. My friend's glass of wine was forgotten, and we had to ask again. After another wait, the red wine arrived in a kitchen glass tumbler? Despite some long-lost intentions, the atmosphere is very corporate. The place is ok... but nothing special.

I want to say first off, this is the first restaurant I have ever been in that a server asked if anyone had any food allergies they needed to be aware of! To me that spoke a great deal about the caring staff, especially having a food allergy! So service gets an amazing shout off right off the top and I'd give 10 stars for that if I could. We ate here our last night of the trip, quite late I might add, and we're well taken care of. The food was great, the service was excellent, very clean and taken care of restaurant. Our server was on top of things the whole time, constantly checking in on us, making sure everything was taken care of. Never needed to ask for anything. The only complaint we had a few Onion rings were a little tough, but being only a few there was no need to complain, overall it was excellent! Great job guys, keep up the great work!

The good was good but over priced for the portion sizes. My salmon was a little under cooked but the flavor was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the flatbread pepperoni pizza. The waiter was prompt, made suggestions, and attentive.

Emily was our server and was so sweet even after we moved table’s because we under a AC vent and was freezing. She took great care of us and split the ribs dish. The nachos were delicious and very filling. Tip …. Share food because food portions are big. Will definitely be back. Loved looking at the photos and band memorabilia.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and our server did a fantastic job! And some of the staff wished him a happy birthday. A few times, I think the owner was walking around and at one point had greeted us with a smile. We enjoyed our food, my boyfriend got a birthday ice cream paid by the house (which is exactly what he wanted!!), and we got a surprise performance at the end. There were even a few people dancing (including one of the staff😂). This is a fun place for eveyone! And this was the best restaurant service I've had in forever!!! The food and sweet tea were amazing!! I honestly want to come back another time.
