Canton Memorial Civic Center Concerts 2025

Everything runs smooth for the most part. We were here for the Brantley Gilbert concert. The smoking outside should have two doors with one line going out one door and one line coming in the doors. Getting merchandise could have been more organized with specific separated lines. There were three artists but you didn't know there were three lines until you go to the tables. Should be one line and more than one area for merchandise. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The police officers were also very kind and courteous even though they were dealing with some individuals that participated in too much of the devil's drink.

This was the worst experience I've had at a venu and waste of money. Whatever you do, don't get seats 14 and 15 on the top row. You will have a massive support beam blocking your entire view. If you sit on the edge of your seat and lean all the way forward so your head is between the people in front of you, you can see half of the stage. Why would this venue sell tickets for these seats other than to just make money? I paid 200.00 to see nothing!!! After an hour of blocking the view of the people next to us and a stiff back from leaning as far forward as we could, we went to find somebody (took 40min) and we ended up standing in front of the doors to try and watch the show. There weren't any ushers to show us our seats, and there were so many people in the wrong seats and wandering around after the lights went out trying to find seats. Parking and traffic was a nightmare, and we got there an hour early. We had to park about a quarter mile away and walked in. This was my first time there and I promise it will be the last.

Buyer beware if you purchase floor seats at this venue. The organizers use smaller banquet type chairs (the size that allows 10-12 to sit at a 60 inch round table). These seats are placed metal to metal - sometimes overlapping to be able to squeeze as many seats as possible in a straight row of 50-60 chairs. SO - if you are in the middle of this row, once you take your seat, don’t plan to come and go frequently or if you are of larger stature, broad shoulders, or just generally uncomfortable in that sized seating, you might plan to purchase 2 seats for your event. Further, if you experience the unfortunate circumstance of having larger attendees on either side of you, you may only be able to use a fraction of the seat you paid for. This was our first experience having floor seats at this venue and I will not do so again. The permanent seating in the bowl area allows much more comfortable seating and the view is pretty good. The venue is not as big as professional arenas (I.e. Rocket Mortgage).

Went to a country concert there. Nice little venue. Most seating is close to the stage.. Parking was close.

Attended Brantley Gilbert here, and there was a mishap with our tickets with Ticketmaster where 2 groups of people had the same seats as us. We went to the ticket office to get it sorted out and they went above and beyond and moved us to some seats closer to the stage. They did not have to do this nor did we expect it, so thank you for your hospitality. Fantastic guest service!
