Carteret Performing Arts and Events Center Concerts 2025

Never have been to this venue until the Ace Frehley show... Very impressed with how easy it was to find parking and how beautiful it is inside. Excellent place to see a show. Seating is comfy, easy to get drinks and find the bathrooms and pretty much any seat is a stellar view as it holds under 2k people. Definitely check it out!!

I went in for the 1st Carteret Wine and Food Tasting Spring Event at The Carteret Performing Arts Center. I still have mixed feelings. Many wines were too sweet or too dry and the food was consistently missing. By the time I've arrived they were only "offering" small bites of cucumber and cream cheese on white bread. A few attendees shared with me that slides and shrimp made a quick appeareance just to fade into the crowd. So, all in all, it was a very rainy and greysh day and I managed to made the best of it and supported New Jersey Wineries by buying 5 bottles of wine. I will share the pictures and wineries later for now I only have one dry rosé pictures. The event can only grow bigger and better. I'm already looking forward to 2025!

It was a Saturday afternoon and I was looking for something to do with my boyfriend. I googled “things to do” in NJ and the Carteret performing arts came up with a concert with Angel, Ace Frehley and white something (lol) my boyfriend loved all the bands. I personally only knew one band. So we booked it, never being there or ever hearing of the place before. I’ve never been to Carteret so wasn’t sure of safety issues, etc. well, I was impressed. The place is gorgeous and I found out only 2 years old. They have a parking garage right across the street, all new and so easy to 1, find parking 2, to get from the garage to the venue. They have a lot of great shows coming up. I’m now on their mailing list. I was told they have a rooftop area where you can go and relax with couches, heat lamps, etc. on the 3rd floor I was also told they have a bar and a banquet style eatery. Both we didn’t do though. Parking was $20. They serve alcohol, bottles of water, and pretzels which I thought was reasonably priced and they didnt gouge you like other places would. We will definitely be going back should there be another band we would like to see. I would highly recommend

I recently attended an event at the Carteret Performing Arts Center and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The theater is conveniently located with ample parking, even during our full event. We encountered a seating issue, but the representative, Candace, went above and beyond to accommodate our guest who was a dwarf, ensuring they had the best possible experience. The customer service throughout the venue was exceptional, from security to bartenders to ushers. The bar was well-stocked and the drinks were expertly made. The theater itself is the perfect size, ensuring a great view of the stage from most seats. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms were clean and plentiful, with a dedicated attendant ensuring cleanliness throughout the evening. The sound system was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of the event. I highly recommend the Carteret Performing Arts Center for a fantastic entertainment experience.

Place is really nice. The alcohol drinks were fairly priced considering the type of place. All they have for food is warm pretzel which definitely are low quality freezer pretzels. Only sauce they have is mustard. They also have candy. I would go again depending on the show.
